Bella and Edward are about to marry. The wedding over, Bella and Edward spend their honeymoon on the Cullen's idyllic private island in Brazil. Suddenly, they discovered that Bella is pregnant. The fetus is growing at an accelerated rate and everyone fears for Bella's safety. Bella refuses to consider having an abortion, and enlists Rosalie's help to protect her wishes. As the pregnancy progresses, Bella's health severely deteriorates. To save her life, Edward injects Bella's heart with his venom to transform her into a vampire, but nothing seems to happen and Bella is thought to be dead. After Bella is thought to be dead, Carlisle notices there's a slight pulse and tells Edward and the rest of the Cullens as they clean the body. Soon after, her wounds suddenly heal as the venom spreads through her body. Bella's heart finally stops, and she awakens as a newborn vampire. And that was the part was all about.

As the preview of part 2, after the birth of Renesmee Cullen, Bella, who is now a vampire, finds herself enjoying her new life and abilities with Edward, Renesmee, Jacob, and the rest of the Cullen Family. The Volturi insisting that Renesmee is an immortal child, a human infant who has been bitten and transformed into a vampire, which has become forbid in the Vampire world. So the Cullens family are gathered all vampire clans and nomads to stand and witness against Volturi. And of course, Bella and Edward won’t allow this to happen, they will protect their only child no matter what happened.
